In addition he has extensive experience as a corporate manager, a frontline service provider, a negotiator and a team member. His professional career included time working directly for Aer Lingus and Gulf Air, the Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance and Saudi American Bank. His work as a consultant has brought him into direct contact with many different organisations in both public and private sectors – at last count he has carried out consulting assignments in over 35 countries.
His development experience has included extensive design and delivery of training, coaching and mentoring. Experience in content design and session delivery covers a range of topics from Leadership to Influence/Negotiation, from Presentations to Managing Performance from Customer Service to Working in Teams and from Training Skills to Professionalism.
